Shilham Boilie Rollers endeavours to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 working days once clear payment has been received.

Please remember that the goods may need to be signed for so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. Shilhams WILL NOT accept any responsibility for any ‘freshness’ issues if no one is available to sign for the goods.

You can always have the goods delivered to an alternative address or you can instruct that the goods can be left in a safe place such as a garage or shed, however, the recipient must accept full responsibility for the goods if you choose this option.

Collection
If you wish to collect your order, please contact us (https://www.shilhams.com/contact-us/) prior to placing your online order and we will be happy to arrange a suitable collection time for you.

Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday onwards. No Sunday deliveries.

 

Delivery Charges

UK Charges

10g – 100g : £0.99

100g – 2 KG : £3.99 (We have reverted this back, as we have found an easier way to dispatch parcels through Royal Mail).

2 – 5 KG : £6.99

5 – 30KG : £15.00

 

Rest of the World Charges

We are disabling rest of the world delivery due to complications with shipping to any country outside the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience, and are working on a solution. We will update as soon as possible.

Payment 
You can pay via PayPal sending the payment to trace@shilhams.com. Goods will not be delivered until payment has been made and cleared in full. Once payment is received the order will be prepared for dispatch.

 

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.
