Please remember that the goods may need to be signed for so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. Shilhams WILL NOT accept any responsibility for any ‘freshness’ issues if no one is available to sign for the goods.
You can always have the goods delivered to an alternative address or you can instruct that the goods can be left in a safe place such as a garage or shed, however, the recipient must accept full responsibility for the goods if you choose this option.

You can pay via PayPal sending the payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods will not be delivered until payment has been made and cleared in full. Once payment is received the order will be prepared for dispatch.
Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.
