Important Shipping information
Shilham Boilie Rollers endeavours to despatch your order within 2 to 3 working days once clear payment has been received.
Please remember that the goods may need to be signed for so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. Shilhams WILL NOT accept any responsibility for any ‘freshness’ issues if no one is available to sign for the goods.
You can always have the goods delivered to an alternative address or you can instruct that the goods can be left in a safe place such as a garage or shed, however, the recipient must accept full responsibility for the goods if you choose this option.
Freezer boilies (Please allow sufficient lead time)
These are sent out frozen but are made fresh to order and sent out on an overnight courier as soon as they are made, thus ensuring maximum freshness. They are delivered fresh to your door for you to put in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Notification of despatch will be sent to you in the form of an email or telephone call.
Due to the fact that they are made to order, you will need to allow sufficient lead time for us to plan them into our rolling schedule. However, the leadtime can often increase depending on ‘seasonal demand’.
If the boilies are urgently required please contact us via email or mobile to see if we can fit them into our rolling schedule as we endeavour to do our utmost for you.
If you wish to collect your order, please contact us via email or mobile prior to placing your on-line order and we will be happy to take your order and payment details and arrange a suitable collection time for you.
0 – 2 KG : £2.85 UK CHARGE
2 – 20 KG : £12.00 UK CHARGE
20 – 40 KG : £24.00 UK CHARGE
40 – 60 KG : £36.00 UK CHARGE
60 – 80 KG : £48.00 UK CHARGE
80 – 100 KG : £60.00 UK CHARGE
Orders placed on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
No Sunday deliveries.

Should you require your bait to be unique to you, why not give us a call and we will be happy to discuss what we can do for you!
We accept all major Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer all via our secure processing system. You can also pay via PayPal sending the payment to email@example.com. Goods will not be delivered until payment has been made and cleared in full. Once payment is received the order will be prepared for dispatch. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.
We aim to respond to all emails/messages within 48 hours, but usually respond more or less straight away.
